Looked at a lot of builders and their homes. Cory’s was far and away the best quality out there – others just didn’t bring the quality to their level. James was very responsive and prompt. Our family could not be happier with the home we had built by Smalley Homes. I’ve built four houses myself and I see details that I have done, actually done! I don’t think you could find better! High-quality, reasonable, responsive and attention to detail. If you are looking for a builder, I’d highly recommend Smalley Homes.
